Today was Sunday but I did manage to find some time to work on the site. You probably can't see much progress on the front end because most of the work was getting the back end configured. Although I have a general idea of what I want I smoothing out the details as I go along. The only real limitation I have found - so far - with the CMS selected is the lack of spell checking in the forum and blog modules. I will have to do some further research and see if there is something available or dig into implementing that function. I'm going to be going thru the code as it is to implement the functionality I want for the calendar system so a bit more coding shouldn't hurt at all. My goal is to have some real content up in a couple of weeks as by then I should have the site delivering the services I desire. I do already have a very busy schedule so I’m going to take this one day at a time and enjoy this process. This is definitely going to be a lot of fun.
